Can I be a Free lance makeup artist without qualifications?
Okay so I think it's different for each state (Australia) I've seen in nsw that you can do free lancing without qualifications, although cannot find any I for for Victoria. The reason I ask is I need the extra money and I figure since I have the skills and the equipment why not make the most of it.
Links to state regulations regarding it would help heaps lol

Please learn about sanitation, contracts, business codes/regulations, and other aspects before calling yourself an artist. This isn't a career that you join part time for a little extra cash, it is a legitimate industry that takes quite a lot of hard work and sacrifice. Just throwing yourself in the ring with no business acumen undercuts other local artists who have worked hard to establish their business and make this a profession instead of a hobby.
