She's not that into makeup because she doesn't really have the right makeup products. I was thinking about getting her a bunch of little gifts like

-lip balms

Since she is really isn't into makeup I'd suggest the lorac pro pallets instead of UD just because it has an even amount of mattes and shimmers and lots of usable colors. Don't get me wrong UD is one of my favorite makeup brands but Pro Pallets are better for those starting out.

If you were to get her a UD naked Pallet I'd lean more towrds the second one because it might suit her pale skin, blonde hair, and blue eyes better than the first pallet.
