This is an interview at a retail store which caters to in season teenagers, I've had friends practically hired on the spot just walking into a store with a cute outfit. This isn't the type of place to wear khakis or blazers

My parents own Tim hortons' as well as fabutan and I have sat in on plenty of job interviews to prepare for my impending take over they expect once they retire, believe me when I say every single different market looks for something different out of their potential employees. If a market caters to the newer generations they expect their employees to understand and relate to that. Of course, your clothing aren't the only factors they look into but your overall appearance does matter and what is expected differs per market. This is a retail market which caters towards young people, and without being overly blunt young people will not take you seriously if you look well, old.
