Don't get the hot pink Remington that @Alex was talking about because it dies fast!! (Speaking from experience) I have this it works perfectly and I've had it for like 2 or 3 years and it still hasn't died.

I use to have a purple Remington one I have thick hair at my head and then it thins out at the bottom and it never fully straightened the thick parts I have a chi now that I got on sale at sallys.

Expensive ones work the best I have the viper it vibrates and it's perfect it's 120. But having inexpensive one with not work really well and die faster than expensive.
