If so what are the best foods to eat to avoid them?

Yes, processed food can cause breakouts. The best way to prevent them is to start eating clean, organic and fresh. Make your meals yourself! :)

Yes.
Like Breeze said, processed foods can cause breakouts. I've found that snack foods like chips, soda, and candy make my face worse. I've also heard that cutting fairly products helps but I haven't seen a change in my skin when I cut them out. The best thing to do is eat healthy; fruits, vegetables, nuts etc. You should try an organic diet if possible. If you have the will power for it; a vegetarian or vegan diet can be beneficial in so many ways besides just skin health.
The main point is; choose healthy alternatives. When you wanna go for chips reach for carrot sticks instead. If you're craving something look up a charts online that tells you what you need and what foods that aren't "junk foods" that will satisfy that craving!

Last I checked science isn't 100% certain that foods cause acne, but the advice above is good either way. It also helps to keep yourself hydrated!

In my opinion, No.
Most of the time it's because of hormones or poor hygiene (unless you're sensitive to a food product). Some people can have a complete poop diet, be model thin, and acne free. It allll depends on the person, genes, ect.
In my early stages of puberty I had done EVERYTHING I could to attempt to keep my acne under control. I had visited a derm. regularily, and she had mentioned foods COULD play a part, but if anything it would be dairy-(since they have something in them that promotes hormones. So...) If it really becomes of a concern, seek professional help.

I know eating a lot of grease ans fattening can cause spots n zits. I wouls just be careful and somehow put fruits and vegetables some way into your diet.

It's actually inconclusive that chocolate causes acne.
But I think that your diet DOES play a part in it, but it's also down to genetics and various other factors such as exercise, if you look after your skin, etc. I have very good genetics when it comes to skin and I might get a spot once a month. But I also look after my skin really well.
I HAVE heard that dairy products can increase acne, but science is still pretty wobbly on this.

Honestly my exma (forgot how to spell it) means I get a sorta irritation to the juices in fruit and veg, I'm fine with bananas and sweet corn etc. I hardly ever get spots about once every 2 month or so but I want to try and control it when it does come.

I eat chocolate a lot! I eat whatever I want! I have clear skin!! It's all about the products you use and your body! I don't mean to sound rude but apples from the farm and apples from the grocery store tastes the same :/

It's going to depend on the person.
Some people can eat fast food five days a week and not get a snuggle pimple, others will suffer from such actions. Your own body chemistry is going to determine what breaks you out and what doesn't.

Water! Lots & lots of water, not only will it hydrate your body but your skin & lips too. It will flush out toxins. Also dark green veggies ( I put them in my smoothies) they are antioxidants that will make your skin looks beautiful;-) & omega 3! I take it in fish oil pills, not only will this help your skin tremendously it will make your hair look healthy & shiny :-) hope this helps.

Depends on the person, if you're acne prone then some foods might in fact make you break out. If you're not then you're lucky because foods will NOT make you break out. It just depends on the person my friend has always had beautiful skin she is not acne prone & she eats horribly lmao junk food all the time & stuff & you won't ever see a spot on her face, me on the other half if I eat a little too much sugar boom! There's a tiny zit next time I know it.
