Have a link to it on your Facebook, instagram, etc. you shouldn't be scared that people will find out about it, you want people to see it!

I blog and a great way to promote it is through social media such as beautylish,twitter,Facebook, gmail,ig etc.
You could create a separate social media account for your blog.

A way of overcoming that fear would be to show your family and best friends your blog. I was afraid too but when I showed my fam and friends they were very impressed and encouraging. it felt so cool and it encouraged me to blog more freely w/o worrying what people I know think about it.
