I desperately want a pair of distressed, mid calf boots! Preferably not very expensive, because I do have my eye on a pair I can't afford at the moment. Also for reference, if you watch The Walking Dead, it's the kind of boots Maggie wears. Thank you!! (:

So I've never seen the show (zombies, right?) but you might try Bakers Shoes. the Zigi Girl Talia boots are on sale for about $55, which is pretty good (I have a pair of them, they look like badass lace up combat boots) and they're really well made.

Ugh! I like freaking LOVE The Walking Dead! I agree with Jacqlyn, and try Hautelook. I believe there was a pair similar to those and if not I would go to The Hunt.
