I don't use concealer but I've heard amazing things about the Nars creamy concealer.
And for powder I like Tarte full coverage powder foundation and Maybelline fit me (hate the fit me foundation though)

If you are looking for a drugstore concealer the maybelline age rewind is really good but if you are looking for a high end concealer I would recommend a MAC one! they are amazing!!

I use the soap and glory kick ass concealer. you can wear it without foundation. there's 2 concealer colours in the pan, a peachy one for under eyes and a yellower shade for other stuff. there's s little translucent powder in it too. its the only product I use for college, besides mascara :-)
