Hydrate efficiently , sleep well, and I've used grated potatoe to lighten dark circle I know it sounds weird but works you just grate some potatoe and get a cotton pad moisten it with the liquid from the grAted potato and place under your eyes for 15 minutes I found this fix online but it seemed to work for me

Rasha, it all depends sleep and diet can cause the dark circles in which that case you would have to eat healthier and drink lots of water and a good nights sleep. Also circles can be caused by Sun exposure and could also be herititary. If it is called by sum exposure you need the appropriate sun gear along with sunscreen. If it is herititary there isn't much you can do about it, but just prevent them from getting good wose with the things I listed above.
