What if you bleached it then made it red? Or would the bleach ruin the fabric?

What is the fabric of your tutu? Some fabrics are stingy about dying. If I knew more I could help!

You would most likely have to bleach it then dye it. I'm not really sure how bleach is with tule. You could always make a red tutu with ribbon and tule. It's easy and cheap. I make them all the time for Halloween and my pets. :p lol.

I find tutus are more of a plasticky material so I don't suggest trying to dye it
