I recently got Tarte's Lights, Camera, Lashes Precision Longwear Liner and I love it.
goes on very smooth and lasts all day. (bought mine from ulta)

Hands down The balm schwing liner, it's so black, opaque and the applicator makes it so easy to have a strong eyeliner game lol!! Everytime I have it on at work, so many people as me what liner I use. It's awesome

Velvet by Migi Cosmetics. I have three; black, black brown, and green.
They last forever (I'm really not exaggerating), they are Asian calligraphy style (brush like, not felt tip) then come to the smallest point ever for super exact lines, if the tip gets a little dry then dip them in a little water and voila! They stay all day, are super pigmented, and easy to use.
