Well first get a good heat protectant. Then get a deep conditioning treatment or wear mayo in your hair for at least 30 minutes. If you still have a ton of unmanageable split ends, you may consider a trim. You really should try to use less heat if possible.

Use a Chi brand protectant and a Pantene deep conditioner. What also helps is getting a mender from your local hair salon.

If you don't use a heat protectant, buy one asap. I recommend it's a 10. use coconut oil, olive oil, Moroccan argan oil, etc. you can leave one or multiple of the oils in your hair overnight or an hour (however long you want basically in between those lol) then wash it out. use hair masks & a deep conditioner. if you have split ends, get them cut. try to reduce the amount of heat you use.
