The number doesn't matter;) how your clothes fit and how you feel does! If you're not happy, work out, eat clean, and it'll improve. But don't pay attn to the number on the scale.
hi there! yes I think you sound like a good weight as well but we all have body conscious issues and if you are concerned, women should not be afraid to lift weights. And I'm not talking soup cans or 2-3 pound weights. Like serious weight! Muscle is what burns fat and honestly you will never get bulky unless you take steroids! You need to balance that out with lots of protein as well. I suggest the free app Lose It. It is good for tracking your goals and the amount of food (including proteins, sugar, fat, etc). And you shouldn't rely so heavily on the scale. Everyone's different. Go by how you feel in your clothes. Best of luck! keep us posted.

A suggestion of a mini workout is 100 leg lifts on each leg, 50 crunches, do small arm circles 100 times, big arm circles 100 times, then after that do regular arm raises, you can also do back crunches which are a challenge for me.

Agree with Christina. Real weights will make you look smaller and toned. You won't get big muscles because you're not a guy, or on steroids.
