I love pink, prints, and classic black but I was curious as to what you ladies find yourselves most comfortable wearing and what is comfortable and looks good at the same time :)
I usually keep my own makeup pretty neutral to work but nicely blended eye shadow in neutral colors. I think you can wear pretty much anything depending on your clientele
I always try to stay professional and sleek but also a bit "trendy"
You can't go wrong with all black, so I usually do this. Maybe with one or two small pieces of jewelry, don't go too overboard with the jewelry and make sure your own make-up is on point
be yourself when u feel u can be and go more professional to other jobs feel the client out and dress accordingly. my besties wedding only one of the four muas showed and she was completely herself very very white chick w dreads a long fitted tee with jeans and boots. when I have a more '' corporatey'' job im in black hair pulled up and just face makeup and neutral eye and chap stick w a touch of the shadow or blush color
Thank you!! I tend to go for a look that represents what I'll be helping out with that day. And for nails I usually do a pinky nude color making sure they aren't chipped or anything
I think you can never go wrong with an all-black, smart-looking but comfortable ensemble. Oh and if I'm doing a special effects job I usually wear cheap black leggings and things like that, that I don't mind ruining if it gets covered in latex.
It depends who my client is and what I am going to be doing the makeup for! If it is a wedding then I usually try to be a bit dressed up-dress pants and a nice top( V-necks or scoop necks are a no for me since theres a lot of bending and such). If I am doing any sort of on-set jobs I just go with all black!
I got in the habit of wearing dark color clothes for work. But my makeup has to always be natural. I must always be comfortable and be simple for work or i wont be approachable
I am a cashier at walmart ( lame I know). My uniform is khaki pants, a navy Tshirt or polo and Nike tennis shoes. I don't like to wear dramatic makeup to work so I tend to lean toward browns and more natural looks.
All black with a catchy piece of jewelry that doesn't compromise sanitation issues and doesn't get in the way. Simple and less is best (plus black makes me look thin!) lol

I often like wearing all black, but with an edge; I like sleek boots and form fitting clothes, not super tight.

Be comfortable, but stay chic, black is great a neutral palette for your makeup. Try not to wear so much jewelry and always have a clear manicure !
