I like blue eyeshadow but it looks like you're missing something. Try using a base so the blue stands out more and maybe add some black in your crease and then blend it out.

Erika I think this shadow dosent do your eyes justice cuz it blends in with them, maybe some golds? To make tem stand out.

I used 3 types of blue, light, medium and dark. I used a milk jumbo pen as a base though to pop out my colours x
