So I've been using maybelline's eye makeup remover gel and just picking up makeup remover wipes when ever I'm at the store and I want to find something that won't irritate my skin and will benefit it because I know when I rub my eyes with the remover and wipes I'm tugging terribly at my eyes. I have very sensitive skin and had a terrible experience and reaction to Burt's bees face wipes not that long ago. So, I was wondering if you ladies could suggest and tell me about some removers that will work well with my sensitive skin and that won't burn my sensitive eyes.

I am actually not too fond of make up remover wipes, specifically drug store wipes.
The majority of these wipes do very little to remove make up, and only irritate the skin which can trigger more acne and redness. You can take a regular wash cloth.. add a little bit of your cleanser and water and it will do just as well.

For removing my make up, personally?
I love using non-volatile oils. (Olive oil, Jojoba Oil, Squalane Oil, Argan Oil, Coconut Oil. )
It is very beneficial to the skin and can be beneficial to your lashes and brows. It most certainly helps condition them. I usually apply it on my lashes... wait about 2-3 minutes. Then it all basically 'melts' off. You can take a tissue, cotton round, etc.and wipe off all the black gunk around your eyes. (Usually I gently my eye make up off. ) You don't need a lot of pressure.
Same goes for face make up... I massage in a circular motion and wipe off with a tissue.

I love using baby oil to remove eye makeup and lip makeup. I do like using lukewarm water for my eyelashes before using the baby oil. For my face, I use toilet paper and I wet it with some lukewarm to hot water and I take off my foundation. I do it about 5 times, then I wash my face and tadaa!(:

I use Ultrablend from Lush. It's gentle on my sensitive skin and I had problems with "gentle" wipes and makeup removers. The ultrablend also "melts" makeup down for an easy clean. it's a cream cleanser but I use it to take off my makeup.

Kitty K. I've been thinking about coconut oil but I didn't know if it would be too heavy for my skin also it would confuse me how you could use it for so many things and to moisturize it left me feeling like 'oh how could that really work.' So sense you are very good at understanding the skin and peoples personal needs To help it would you say a natural oil would be worth while then? Because I know I can just pick up raw- organic coconut oil at a local store.

And thank you Yaira D. And Yasmine G. For your recommendations. I had also been thinking about using macs oil emulsifier but like I said I have very sensitive skin that's extremely acne prone and did not know how that would do for my skin.

I would not necessarily use Coconut Oil as a moisturizer. It is splendid at removing make up since oils are what break down make up. Coconut Oil is more of a sealant.. Jojoba Oil or Squalane will be suited much better as a moisturizer.
Coconut Oil is moderately comedogenic, so I think Jojoba Oil will be a much nicer option since it is non-comedogenic. Especially since you have acne-prone skin. I got mine at a vitamin shop for about $10.00. It lasted me well over 4 months... you only need 2-3 drops. Not heavy or slick on the skin.
Do I think using natural oils is worth it? Personally, yes I think it is worth it. These oils can help give your skin an even tone & color, help tremendously with irritation and sensitivity, anti-inflammatory, help with spots, discolorations, dryness & dullness, anti-oxidants, etc.
I take that over a makeup wipe loaded with irritating, harsh chemicals any day.

Coconut oil!! It's very light I use it to remove all of my makeup from eyes to whole face. I put some in my hands rub in circular motion it's melts everything off after about 2-3mins I wipe it off and use my facial cleaner I've noticed that my skin feels so soft and moisturized afterwards, Plus coconut oil contains so many healthy benefits for your skin and hair
