What do you think? Which brush is better?
Some might even say beauty blenders. Comment and tell me which one you like better :)

They're both good. But with the stippling brush, its easier to blend with and you get more of an airbrushed finish. You also use less foundation. If you use a foundation brush, you can get a flawless finish, but its more difficult to blend with and you need to be extra careful so you don't end up with streaks. To prevent this, after you think your foundation is applied good, just pat the remains of your foundation on the brush, all around the face and it will blend eveything together. It gives a nice coverage. You'll tend to use more foundation though. I personally prefer the stippling brush.
Both have their place- stippling gives the best blend but foundation brushes get around all the nooks and crannies of your face easier. I like to lay down the product with the foundation brush then blend & buff with the stipple. I find dipping the stipple brush in foundation puts way to much product on the face
I think it really depends on the look you are trying to achieve. I agree with Devin, I tend to use a flat paddle brush to apply primer & lay down foundation then I'll buff it in with a stippling, buffing brush or flat top precision kabuki. I do tend to use a beauty blender a lot too. it depends on the work I'm doing. for my own makeup I rotate depending on the type of foundation I use as well. I would say I like the finish a beauty blender gives just generally speaking but today I used a flat foundation & blended out using my fingers for my own makeup
I have both and I love the look that a stippling brush gives me....especially when blending out my powder and/or cream blush. And it also does an awesome job at blending my eye concealer.
I prefer the stippling brush, but I do agree it depends on what look you are trying to go for. The flat brush tends to give you a more fuller coverage while the stippling brush tends to give you an airbrushed look. I use flat brushes for primer, concealers, and sometimes highlight. But I love to use stippling brush to apply my actual foundation. However, I a brush addict when it comes to face brushes anyways.
They are both great but stippling gives an airbrush effect, beware if you go with the flat foundation brush be sure to not go up and down when blending because it will make your face look streaky so try to blend in x forma

Stipple! The other kind can just push it around on your face. The stipple brush gives you an airbrush effect.

I sometimes use both! I'll apply the foundation with the foundation brush then I'll buff it out with the stippling brush. It gives a great look!
