L'Oreal Lineur Intense - it's fantastic. Wears well (as in I put it on at 7am, and when I take my makeup off around 11pm, it's still looking good) and easy to use. Not at all spendy, I think around $7.00 - a steal!

it's kind of funny because i have a pretty good collection of liquid liners, but out of all of them, my favorite (longest wear, most pigmented, most dark and intense color), is my wet n wild mega liquid liner. and it's only a couple of dollars! i also agree with kimberly about the l'oreal lineur intense, i used that for a long time!

I am loving Milani liquif'eye as an eyeliner for my waterline and for my top lash line. It has really good staying power and the best pigmentation I've seen for a black pencil liner. It also glides on really easily

Rimmel pencil liners are pretty creamy. Wet n Wild and Elf creme liners are good. Elf is the better of the two. I have a NYX liquid liner. It gets the job done. All are highly pigmented.

Avon makes pretty good eyeliner, I used to only use theirs before I started buying MAC eyeliner.

Gel: Black Ink by Bobbi Brown

Pencil: Prestige Total Intensity (more pigmented than Urban Decay 24/7, stays better in the waterline, and costs about 1/3 as much)
Liquid: wet'n'wild
Gel/Cream: The only one I've tried is e.l.f.'s, which is good if you're new to it. I want to try Clinique's or Inglot's.

the essence gel, pencil and liquid eyeliners are very pigmented and last on your eyes through out the day AND there very inexpensive you can get it from ULTA if you live in the U.S all there product ar $5.00 or less!

For pencil I really like Make Up For Ever Aqua Eyes and Urban Decay 24/7 Glide on Pencils.
For liquid, right now I'm using Kat Von D Tattoo Liner and I love it.
For gel, I recommend Inglot's Matte liner. The colors are amazing!

I'm going to keep it cheap with drugstore just because it's easiest to get your hands on!
Pencil: I LOVE the Maybelline MasterDrama Eye Studio liner. its around 7 or 8 bucks and doesn't go ANYWHERE. it's so long-lasting. :)
Liquid: The Maybelline Line Stilleto or Revlon Colorstay. Both Amazing.

I love my clinique gel eyeliner! It was $15 which I dont find unreasonable since drugstore are atleast $10. The difference is, is that it is a lot smoother and does NOT dry out like drugstore gel eyeliners. it also comes with an application brush, but Im not a fan of it.

i really like rimmel london's exaggerate waterproof automatic pencil liner :) it's good for the waterline

For pencil liner I like Almay. It doesn't really have a name. It just says Almay eyeliner on it. It's white, has black writing on it, and a black cap. It's very dark and stays on for a long time. I love it, it's the best I've tried so far.
For gel liner I like the Maybelline Eye studio one.I forget what it's called, but I'm sure you know which one im talking about.
For liquid, I like Wet N Wild.

Im so picky with my eyeliners that I hardly ever wear them! I currently am having luck with the clinique gel liner and am setting it with a black shadow. Seems to do the trick but I havent worn it long enough to really test how long it will stay on!
