Hey guys, I have oily skin. (hence the reason I don't like foundation - it tends to feel cakey) What cleanser/toner/moisturizer can I use for my skin? (must be alcohol free, and mineral oil free)

Skincare, IMO, is a very personal thing (a bit like foundation). What works for one person may not work for you. I think the thing to do would be to research products meant for your skintype, try some stuff out, then decide. Another factor is going to be age. The needs for someone in their twenties are going to be much different from someone in their thirties, for instance.

Personally, I've combination/oily skin, and I'm at a point where I'm about to change my skincare routine. At the moment, I'm using a mix of products from Garnier (cleanser/exfoliant), The Body Shop (toner), and Alba (moisturizer). I'm going to be trying some Caudalie products within the next couple of months or so. (For what it's worth, I'm 31.)

I use Paula's Choice range & its great for my oily skin. Try to get a moisturizer with a SPF in it if you can x x

Murad is AMAZING!!!!!! But their products changed my life. For cereal, I'm not even kidding. But what I do recommend is that you buy Clinique even better skin care GEL! Lotion is terrible for oily skin, because it just makes us so SHINY. So if you get the Murad kit, which I suggest you do, give the lotion to a friend and go buy that GEL moisturizer. haha If you buy the Murad kit, they'll send you the toner, face wash, lotion, treatment, and the little tube of stuff to get rid of zits fast! They send you trial sizes first, which are actually pretty large. They should last you a month and a half. And then, if you decide to, you can make it so that they ship it to you however often you decide. Once a month, every other month, twice a year.. Whatever! :P And seriously, use the clinique gel! It sops up oil, but is seriously moisturizing. And it makes your skin matte, not shiny! Sorry for the ramble, I just think that everyone should know about this! >.< haha Hope I helped.

Check out Renee Roueau website. She has an extensive information about skincare and what ingredients to avoid for all skin types. I use her complete line for my oily/combo skin and it has done wonders for me. None of her products include mineral oil or any of the bad alcohols. But at least check out her blog and skincare tips because they are super informative.
