I'm sure many of you saw the reports about the levels of lead in lipstick. The FDA tested 400 lipsticks and some of them had 3 times as much lead as previously thought. The FDA is saying that the lipsticks are safe. The CDC disagreed. For now, the suggestion is to be careful about "consuming" your lip product (when you eat and such), and pregnant women and children should skip it altogether.
