I was looking at the Nyx products on cherryculture.com and i really want to order from them but im not sure if they're legit. anyone order from them before? I saw on tumblr someone said they asked for her ID and wanted to rip her off but that was the only thing bad I saw about em... I really want to know who here likes them and who here doesnt. I really hope its not a scam site or i will be heartbroken!

Same I've also ordered from them and they do not ask for ID... as long as you have a credit card your set. TBH sounds like whoever said that made it up lol

I think she was trying to pay with a paypal and some how they wanted her ID or something ahah! but thank you, I really wanna order a bunch of nyx cosmetics because they have all the colors and so much more to choose from than ulta does :D

I have heard they are pretty legit. But I had a friend who ordered from them, and they gave her this huge hassle and refused to refund her money. What had happened was she bought a E-gift certificate and the code didn't work AT ALL. So it took them a month to even get a hold of them. When they finally did, they gave them about 3 more codes, that didn't work. Then after a big stink about it, they asked her for her ID too, even though she didn't use paypal, she used her debit card. Then threw a hissy when she refused to give it to them. I think that if you are going to order from them, just be careful. 

Ahh good thing I dont want to order a gift card! hahaha

I just recently placed an order with cherry culture and used my credit card, they "did" ask for my I.D,.. I'm not comfortable with sending that in. I've tried to call and left a message so many times and no one ever returned my call, I've also e-mailed them many times and still no reply. All I want to know is if they can't process my order because I don't send in my I.D then just let me know so I can go elsewhere and purchase them.

I just got a package from them last week! Perfectly legit, and 15 bottles of nail polish made it from california to the east coast securely with no damage :)
You can check the status of your order and they tell you when it goes from processing, to being packaged in the warehouse, and then shipped and completed.
I've never heard anything bad before, and have a good experience with them!

Cherry Culture also asked me for my ID which I sent through. I ordered over $250 worth of products 2 months ago and have STILL not received my order. Their contact number does not work and is telling me it is disconnected. They also failed to respond to my last email.. so right now it's looking like $261 down the drain. I have heard mixed reviews but due to my experience I would not order from them again.

I have ordered from Cherry Culture 2 times. My orders arrived within 10 days each time. The packaging was extremely well done - nothing broken or missing, and I was pleased with my products. I placed an order with Style 21, they have the same items and much more. After I did a Google search and read reviews, I decided to cancel my order. Almost 10 days & still no refund, they have 3 more days left to refund me. I have it in writing they are returning my money. I hope they keep their word.

It's been a month and my order is still under the "review" status. I am confused as to why my order should take that long to review. Freaken 1 month and still ongoing. Their website says it should only take 1-2 days. So I emailed them cuz it's fair sk say I've waited long enough.

Ok they definitely have themselves a pissed off customer. Why do they do RANDOM PAYMENT CHECKS?!?! If I pay first, shouldn't my order be checked first??

And it is NO LIE that they ask for ID verification. I don't understand why they need an ID verification or else they are "unable to process" my "order at this time." wtf. Even so, they should email telling me this instead of me having to hassle them about it.

Also, WHY DOES IT TAKE 90 DAYS TO REVIEW MY ORDER?!?!?! THAT's LIKE A QUARTER OF A YEAR. WHY?! And when will I get my package? Gotta wait an extra month till it gets to my house? Omfg. if you guys look on their website, it says reviewing process should take 1-2 days. Not bloody 90.

Please be careful when ordering with cherry culture. Keep in mind that their shipping is horrendous and you must have patience.

See how poor the custome service is? They tell me to send an ID but not explain WHY they even need an ID in the first place. I am pissed. As a customer, I've payed for everything already and so all there's left is to ship it out. I have never ordered with anyone that requires an ID. And so what if I don't send an ID? What will happen? They have a hold of my money so i expect my package at my door by no later than a month. But seriously, it is such a disappointment to check tour order status everyday ans its been under "review" for the past month. I am confused about the ID and cherry culture's replies are NOT helping.
They also never reply to all of the questions that you ask them. They're really brief with their response and it just gives the vibe that they don't give a flying fxck about customers.

Once again they may be cheap but they're really a hit or miss. To me, they're a miss and I will NEVER order from them again. They have lost a customer. I rather pay a little extra on eBay but get my order to my house by no later than 3 weeks WITHOUT an ID verification.

I placed an order last night on CherryCulture via PayPal, and although I'm already a verified PayPal member, they're trying to get me to send my photo ID as well. =(

Does this mean I will never get my order or that I have to wait 90 days...

Tam T., anyone else, did you eventually get your order? What happened in the end?

The reason why you need to send in your ID is because they need to know if you are a fraud, scam, or con artist.. It's mandatory in the United States that they need to check ID along with any credit card purchase, even in American shops in Australia such as footlocker have to check photo ID with customers using credit cards. It's just their policy.

I would not recommend Cherry Culture to anyone, they have horrible customer service!! I made my order a month ago ago and my order is still in "Review". When they asked me to provide photo identification, I was skeptical at first but customer service representatives were quick to ensure that it was routine and that they were legitimate. I did as they asked two weeks ago, and my order is still in "Review". Moreover, I have called and sent several e-mails inquiring about my order but no one responded, magically all the customer service representatives have disappeared. Not only am I FRUSTRATED but this is extremely SUSPECT activity. I have been an online shopper for years, but I have never had such a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT SHOP FROM CHERRY CULTURE!!

I did a whois lookup for this site Cherryculture.com using http://www.whoisxy.com/ Here I got formatted information. Then I have searched some reviews in Google finally I saw some reviews here Scamadviser site I got this message "High Trust Rating.This Site Looks Safe To use." and here Webutation.net I got 100% web reputation.With these I think it is legit only.If you are satisfied with these reviews you can go with them.
