I have 30 followers. I write back to everyone who comments or says hello, be very appreciative with thank yous, and just be my bubbly happy self. Oh, and I am frequently on Twitter, so I am always chatting :) I also put a blog link in the description bar of my videos with further information.

I'm at 415 right now but I've been blogging for nearly 2 years. I'm not too concerned about my number of followers. Blogging is my hobby and I enjoy doing my makeup and taking pics and sharing. If you enjoy what you do and you're consistent, it will show.
Some ppl say doing giveaways and all helps too. I have done a few giveaways but they've been of products I had purchased myself. I'm not too keen on selecting random companies (who's products I don't know) to host giveaways so I always decline when they ask. Some ppl accept and it works for them so everyone is different.

You just have to post unique content people will love. Interact with your followers. Make accounts on forums like this and spread the word of your blog. :) But make sure you're not doing it just to get followers. Do it because you enjoy it. What's your blog url?
