I have exactly the same problem! I would kill to have clear skin, all I can suggest is maybe camouflage make up? I have heard lemon juice works but important not sure

Never ever ever cover them completely up! Everyone around you knows you have them and a light concealer where needed. To maybe draw attention away, work more on your lashes!
