I'm 12 (13 in dec) and I use benefits 'Oxygyn wow SPF 25 pa +++' foundation,Maybeline fit me concealer ,Maybeline fit me powder, rimmel translucent powder, catrice lip stain and catrice blush mostly every day(but I don't use foundation every day though) because I have combination skin and sometimes a few blemishes but mostly extremely dark circles under my eyes. Oh and I forgot to mention,I use either NYC sky rise mascara or essence volume mascara. These are all budget beauty things that work great for me. Hope it helps

I'm 13 and I use neutral eyeshadow colors. I also wear eyeliner,mascara, and lip gloss. I think they'll be good for you.

Mascara, blush and lip gloss. Please don't wear foundation or BB cream. You have flawless skin. But if you'd really like to, go ahead.. Also try to wear some sunscreen everyday. It helps prevent premature wrinkles (:

Bb cream or light foundation, concealer, eyebrow powder (if you need it), brown or white eyeliner on your waterline, lengthening mascara, either blush or highlighter and neutral eyeshadow-the naked 2 urban decay pallette are my favourite neutrals! Sounds like a lot but looks natural! X.

No offense but in my opinion you shouldn't be wearing makeup at 13 but if you reeeeaaaalllly want to here's some suggestions:
Brown eyeliner (only on top lid not all around the eyes)
Lip gloss
Mascara
And maybe concealer if necessary

I'm 12 going to be thirteen and I usually wear
Concealer on my under eyes and I put powder over that.
Neutral eyes which means for you brown eyeliner and black mascara.
Tinted lip balm or lip gloss
We shouldn't be wearing a full face at the moment.

I'm 13 and I use BB cream, concealer, powder, bronzer, neutral eyeshadow, mascara, white eyeliner on my waterline, and a tinted lip balm or Revlon lip butter, for school/daily.

Start off with BB Cream, it's easier to handle and remove. I'm 13 (I don't look it though cause I'm tall), and I use it :)

Your skin is great so I would just add a bit of mascara eyeliner and maybe a nude shadow. I don't think you need blush if you leave your skin alone, however add sunscreen to your routine. Sunscreen helps to prevent the skin from aging.
