I've had them all my life, and can't find a way to get rid of them. I asked my derm. but she said there was nothing she could do to help. They are so bad you can see them even with concealer. I'm so tired of them! Does anyone have any advice?
try a corrector... you can buy one from sephora by bobbi brown for about $22. it has a peach undertone which cancels out the darkness. then after that dries apply your normal concealer.
Get more sleep! that usually helps but if your is hereditary, then you need to try a better concealer. Hard Candy Glamoflauge concealer works good & its sold at Walmart for around $6
I believe that Beautylish wrote an article about metal tipped eye treatments, look it up :) personally I love Garnier eye roller skin renew (not the tinted one, although you could try it too). Some people haven't had as good results, so buy it somewhere you could return it). It'll take a bit to see big results, but it worked for me
Being Italian, I also have hereditary dark circles, so I also recommend getting a corrector to cancel out the tint of your circles. If your circles are blue tinted, go with a peach corrector. Then for a concealer, I recommend going a little heavier than just a liquid, as that may be a bit too light coverage. Something like MAC Studio Finish concealer with a fluffy blending brush like a MAC 224 will help cover the bags without caking under your eyes. I recommend going a shade lighter in order for that area to be brighter and less dark. If you find that it's settling into fine lines, use a primer underneath everything. Benefit's Porefessional Primer works well at filling in fine lines like that. Hope this helps!
i agree with marry P. get more sleep. Also drink more watter in your day and I also agree with Ashley C. try a corrector in a slightly lighter shade then your skin, and let it dry before addeing your foundation or concealer.
I know that your dermetologist said nothing can be done but some stores out their have some really niffty creams you could try. Avon has an eye cream thats soposed to help. A bit pricey but I heard it soposed to help. You can always ask an avon rep for a FREE SAMPLE and if you buy it and dont like it you CAN return it and get your money back, so you dont really have much to loose.
I kno what u mean. I feel the pain. A wedge of potato reduces the problem, but I found bobbi browns corrector is good for me. I use dark peach. It's takes away that grey look. Good luck x
