What is a good way to make good designs on nails? I have heard cutting and using tape.

when I havent got any of my nail art tools handy i use a thin paint brush (or cut an old nail polish brush) and a cocktale stick with some blutach at the end. This is a simple/quick/cheap version of a nail striper and dotter. Hope this helped. X
