Hi,
I was wondering how long it takes you to do a professional makeup job? A bride? mother of the bride? how long would you spend on eyes/face ect... . I feel it takes me too long. Need to speed it up. Any suggestions please? thanks!

ive done plenty of Bridal Parties and usually i take about 15 mins each face what i.like to.do.ask.them.to.prepare there face by adding face primer eye prime concealer and then.ill finish the rest.it.helps me.alot 15 mins top

I take 20-30 min on the bridal party & 40-45min on the bride. I don't have them apply anything but moisturizer... Only because I feel like if their paying me to do their makeup I should do the full job. Good luck! :)

I agree with Hannah, generally 20-30 on anyone but the bride and 40-45 on the bride. I apply everything. If I see someone is super dry then i'll apply moisturizer to them and give it time to "soak" in. I keep the timer on my phone right in front of me so that I know exactly where i'm at. Generally 10-15 min on eyes 10-15 min on the rest of the face. Most bridal mornings are at warp speed so the timer is KEY, i don't have an alarm go off, it's really just to keep me and the party on track. ;-)

wow, you are super fast!! does all this include also contouring etc... . is this for more neutral looks or dramatic as well? i really need to speed things up. any tips how to speed things up? go faster? this is really very important to me .i need to go faster, but don't know how to do it. suggestions?

joshua, how detailed are you with 15 minutes? how long do the eyes take you? i doubt i could reach that speed.... :(

sonja im very detailed with the eye what i usually do is put eye primer a light base on tue whole eye lid and then put on colors i have all colors right there in my hand while addin eyeshadow etc ill have to upload a video

wow, i am really impressed. 15 min for a full face... wow. split like half time for face and half for eyes? any ideas; suggestions how i can speed up my work? go quicker? i'd really really appreciate any tips you can give me as i feel i HAVE to do it quicker. thanks a lot!!
