Its not stupid. Its used for a powder highlight. Mostly for the cheek bone.

You know, just yesterday I was wondering. I tried using it a few times but I think I am holding it wrong or something... because instead of blending.. sometimes I end up with lines... For example, I dip it in a bit of bronzer to contour my nose... but unfortunately.. it doesn't blend well and I try to smudge the line withy finger. haha... and I do use it for highlighting my cheeck bone...but sometimes I doubt I did it well.
