It does look quite childish, but I love it! I think it could look really unique and fun with the right outfit! I'd personally wear it with a leather jacket, black skintight jeans and bold makeup, to make it look a little edgy :) You could also wear it with hotpants, a camouflage print jacket, a thick gold chain and a baggy shirt to look grungy. (think Rihanna or Miley Cyrus for inspiration here.) it looks like something a 'pastel goth' chick would wear, so search pastel goth or grunge tags for inspiration!
