Sorry to hear that you are having hair issues. From your pic your hair looks processed. If you have been chemical or color processing your hair you will need more than regular conditioners. If possible go to a salon and get a heavy duty protein treatment. They will help you get your hair back in shape. Get your ends clipped and add a scalp nourishment treatment to help with your hair root strength. Now for the at home part (and don't laugh) use Mane 'n Tail Shampoo and Conditioner by Straight Arrow® to keep your hair stronger. You can deep condition at home with hask-henna-'n-placenta-hair-conditioning-treatment with a plastic cap (use heat if possible like sitting under a hair dryer) for 20 to 30 mins. This deep treatment should be done once a week. Also use Hask Super Strength Placenta No-Rinse Instant Hair Repair Treatment. This is a leave in treatment. The biggest issue you may face ( you may not...but I had had the hardest time) stay away from your blow dryer and flat iron for 2-4 weeks. Use roller setting if possible. You will have healthy hair again but it like having a broken leg... it needs time to heal and some therapy. I recommend these products because I have hundreds of dollars of BIG named brand hair products. These have been the most effective hen my hair starts to break and sometimes thin. I hope this helps....and you can find all this in Sally's or Walgreens.

Cynna had some great tips. If you have been or changed medications it will affect your and might cause you too lose some and if you have been under a lot of stress will cause the same thing.

Also stress is a big trigger for hair loss.

Thyroid hormone levels can also contribute to hair loss. It may be a good idea to consult your physician and see if there is something going on with your body.
