Does anyone have a good tutorial on how to do winged eyeliner or "cat eye"??... I have never tried eyeliner on top! Thought I might try it out! =)

Try Fashionista804, she prob does the best one in the YT world so far(in my opinion)! But its really easy once you get the hang of it. All I do is wing liner due to my small eyes:-/

Oh my goodness, perfect question lol. I just did it the first time today and it actually turned out great! :D i recommend for beginners the liquid eyeliner pen. I got the wet n wild one and its fantastic. Long wear, didnt smudge. The only reason i got it is cuz of everyone on here sayin it was so good and cheap. Anyways theres lots on youtube to check out. Thats how i learned how to do it. Good luck :)
