Okay, so when i take my makeup off at night, I always have that stubborn bit of mascara near the roots of my lashes. I hold make up remover on it for a couple seconds then wipe, but it doesn't come off. :( help please?

Try using makeup remover wipes and... it's hard to explain. You basically just want to fold it over your lashes and use your fingers to maneuver it easier.

Use a makeup removing wipe such as M.A.C, or a Drugstore brand and hold it longer than normal. If that doesn't help, try adding a cleansing water to the makeup wipe, like the Sephora brand one. That helps it come right off in seconds.

This sounds like "waterproof" mascara, I'm still trying to figure out myself the easiest way to remove it since no makeup wipe or waterproof makeup remover has helped :-(
