What do you guys think of Orly nail polishes and removers, and cuticle oils, etc.? I really want to buy them but i need more reviews! And what better site than Beautylish to ask for reviews! (Haha) So what do you guys think? Worth it or not? Any glitches? Anything will help. Thanks(:

i've owned a few & still own a few (i'm constantly swapping polish on MUA), but i'm a pretty die hard CG fan. the first orly's i bought, i can't bare to part with because they are some of the best cremes in my collection. they're belle of the ball & enchanted, which was from a collection a few years ago. those two are so opaque & smooth. but i'm sure as with every brand, there's a few hit & miss polishes!

i also own space cadet, which is a drool-worthy duochrome & it's amazing IMO. i got a mini set of orly's primetime, bonder, & polished one/two Christmas's ago & loved the bonder. it's sort of a rubbery/sticky (does that make sense?!) base coat & ended up buying the full size. i've since over-collected base coats, so now i just use it in rotation so i can't speak on chipping/does it help polish last/etc. i finally used my primetime that basically removes all the oils/etc off your nails before base coating (at least that's what i do). just ran out (well dropped the bottle :X) & i'm considering purchasing the full size. just waiting for a sale! never tried the polished (top coat) because i'm a die hard seche vite girl, so no clue on that. (i change up my polish every 2-3 days so i really don't know what lasts & what doesn't unless!)

ramble much? sorry! i owned spark at one point (a slightly shimmery yellow) & remembering being quite opaque for a yellow!

I wasn't really into trying Orly at first. China Glaze has always been my favorite, but by chance I was picking up some fake lashes for new years eve and happened to walk past a sale table and saw a really cool color by Orly(Le Chateau) It is a dark green almost black. I ended up buying because I cant seem to resist adding colors to my collections I don't already have and am a sucker for a good sale. By my surprise I really liked the way the polish went on when applied, very smooth application. I have since added 3 other colors to my collection(butterflies, royal navy, & green apple) I was just as pleased with these colors as the first. I did try the small version of their no chip top coat and didnt like it at all. I actually found my nails chipped really easy, tried seche vite fell in love and never looked back. So I wouldnt recommend the top coat but Lacquer is a yes. I have noticed though it seems like the Lacquers take a little bit longer to dry, but that could be because I am so use to how fast china glaze seems to dry, so I am not sure if the drying time is longer than most other polishes. Hope this helps!
