Acne Skin Treatments?

Hi guys! I've had horrid acne-prone skin and have been attending a dermatologist for about two years but to no avail. Do any of you have any pointers about how I can fix my bad oily skin without drying it out too much? It's very sensitive. Also, any acne scar suggestions?

I had a very bad acne skin before too!
Then I searched it on Internet and everyone says cetaphil gentle cleanser is good.. Even the doctor would suggest you to use this for the sensitive skin... Also, why ppl use it for acne skin cuz babe can even use it.. That means it less of chemicals stuff which harm your face...
After I used it.. I felt my skin got much better and I'm still usin now, and do you wear makeup? If you do, I suggest to use bioderma sensibio H20 to remove your makeup then use cetaphil cleanser..
You actually can use it any time of the cleanser.
Moreover, some models in hk are usin cetaphil gentle cleanser to remove makeup so yea.. Hope this help :)

Ask your derm for aczone!! It's a gel that worked amazingly for me!! I also use African black soap and it's worked awesome on my oily skin!

I had cystic acne. I stopped consuming dairy and greasy/fatty foods. I drink a lot more water. I bought cetaphil because I hear so many people suggest it -- it is by far the best suggestion! I take off my makeup at night and cleanse with Cetaphil then apply my Clinique Superdefense moisturizer. In the morning I cleanse with Cetaphil and use the Aveeno Positively Radiant moisturizer. My skin has not looked this good in three years.

I agreed with Samantha, btw you should control to take fatty foods or unhealthy foods.. drink more water as well. :)

Go to acne.org and look at the regimen. I've been using it for 5 days and my acne is basically gone.
