I hate them especially when they really hurt. Although its not good, I can never stand it and just pop it by stretching my lips or smiling really hard.

I know it's bad to do this; but I had one just like that RIGHT in the middle of my Cupid's bow above my lips. I took a small sewing needle and popped a little hole in it. Then I took some toilet paper (make sure your hands are clean) and gently squeezed everything out of it and wiped up with rubbing alcohol to kill bacteria and so that it doesn't cause more acne. After it stops oozing and what not I clean it up again with the rubbing alcohol, then wash my face thoroughly and leave a spot treatment on it over night. You may have a mark the next day but it goes away by the end of the night.
Sorry if it's a bit gross, just trying to help you out haha.

Toothpaste works and use a cleanser. Keep it clean.
