Does anyone have any tips for getting my hair healthy? I haven't box dyed my hair since January. I'm trying to cut back on washing every day because my hair is so dry, but my hair looks so dirty after one day. I've been trying to let my hair air dry because I love the curls I get, but again, the next day my hair is tangled and looks too dirty to pass on washing.
I'm trying to avoid the straightener and blow dryer.
I've thought about using dry shampoo but i don't want to damage my hair more with random products.
Are there any shampoos and conditioners anyone recommends using or deep conditioners?

Kerastase products do wonders, but they're pricy.

Try amika Obliphica hair treatment oil - don't let the word oil scare you either, it does WONDERS for your hair.

I completely agree with Alexis. That product is a miracle. I recommend it whenever I can lol. You are definitely doing all the right things. Keep avoiding hot tools at all costs. To be honest, I doubt the dry shampoo would damage it further- give it a try! Also, work from the inside out. Try taking a multivitamin or a capsule with omega fatty acids, etc in it. Beauty starts on the inside :)

I really like the Joico K-PAK Reconstructor. It revived my hair and my boyfriends after bleaching. It made it very soft, shiny and strong, and it smells like coconut: yum!

I would say try washing your hair once a week and cowashing in between especially if you like your curls, or try to find methods that will allow you to wear 2nd and 3rd day hair THERE ARE MANY!! as for puttin moisture back in your hair you should try using leave in conditioners and try doing a moisturizing deep conditioner or masque once a week...
