Hey girlies! I'm curious as to how often you all change your polish on your NATURAL nails. I'm wondering what is healthy, how much is too much, etc. So let me know! Also, let me know what you use to protect them! Thanks girls!
Base coat and a top coat usually helps. And it depends, for me it can vary from once a week to 5 times in a week. To each one's own mostly I guess.
3-5 times a week for me I'd say. I'm always getting new ideas and colors!

I used to change it once a week (usually Thursdays) but now I'm lazy and I'll do it once a month, hahaha. I will never be one of those people that change polish almost every single day. Nail painting is a hassle for me.
It varies. Depending on my outfit. Sometimes I go matchy matchy, but usually I like a completely different color then what I am wearing. I won't ever wear pink with pink, idk why I think that's weird. Healthy......it's probably not healthy andI never have my nails unpainted, maybe over night, but never when I'm out, I don't like plain nails, I also think that is weird haha. Maybe i'm just weird. I usually don't use top or base coat but my nails look normal. Maybe I should start though.
Every week or when there's alot of chipping
I like to change my polish about every three days. Sometimes shorter if im not feeling the particular look or longer if im loving it!
The general consensus is what I do daily, so phew! At least I know I'm not ruining my claws. ;] They just tend to peel and I hate it. I'm gonna try Nailtek... I've heard good things.
i change mine every 2-3 days. usually 2 days if i start chipping, 3 days if i'm a bit lazy or work a lot of evenings. my nails arn't their healthiest, but i've been trying to work on them more. the pure acetone i always use probably doesn't help :p
At least twice a week...I am impatient when it comes to my nails drying lol
I change my polish at least once a week.
Usually about twice a week and my nails are in pretty good condition :)
About 3 times a week- it is too boring wearing a nail polish more than 2 or 3 days :)
3 times a week(:
I change my polish once a week. I'd probably get the feeling I was wasting time & polish if I changed them every single day.
with the double duty from sally hansen my polish last like one and a half week as new .. really its amazing that product!!
I change mine at least once a week. I'm just so indecisive and I'm always getting new ideas that I want to try! :)

for me it's once a week, my polish usually last 4-5days once it starts chipping a lot thats when I take it off.
Once a week!
I change my polish at least once a week! If I have a lot of ideas of nail designs to film, it can happen that I do them up to three times a day:) Many don't understand why I would paint them and later the day "destroy" them, but I simply love to paint my nails:)
Omg, my nails are like, never painted, lol. I need a better file, the one i have splits my nails and i won't paint them if they're like that. I probably paint my nails once or twice a month. I don't have a good base or topcoat, which i need. I'm extremely low maintenence when it comes to my nails, haha
I change my nail polish every two to three days. I just get bored of the colors or designs after a while. But i use a base and top coat to protect my nails. Idk if it's a bad thing that i never leave my nails unpainted...
On my toes- one to three times a week because I get bored with the color, but polish on my toes doesn't chip like polish on my fingers does
my fingers- about two or three times a week because of chipping
I usually change my nail polish an average of 3 times a week. This is partly down to the fact that no polish seems to last longer than 2 days on my nails before chipping and that I have so many polishes I want to use. Plus I get bored wearing the same colour for too long!
