Base coat and a top coat usually helps. And it depends, for me it can vary from once a week to 5 times in a week. To each one's own mostly I guess.

I used to change it once a week (usually Thursdays) but now I'm lazy and I'll do it once a month, hahaha. I will never be one of those people that change polish almost every single day. Nail painting is a hassle for me.

It varies. Depending on my outfit. Sometimes I go matchy matchy, but usually I like a completely different color then what I am wearing. I won't ever wear pink with pink, idk why I think that's weird. Healthy......it's probably not healthy andI never have my nails unpainted, maybe over night, but never when I'm out, I don't like plain nails, I also think that is weird haha. Maybe i'm just weird. I usually don't use top or base coat but my nails look normal. Maybe I should start though.

The general consensus is what I do daily, so phew! At least I know I'm not ruining my claws. ;] They just tend to peel and I hate it. I'm gonna try Nailtek... I've heard good things.

i change mine every 2-3 days. usually 2 days if i start chipping, 3 days if i'm a bit lazy or work a lot of evenings. my nails arn't their healthiest, but i've been trying to work on them more. the pure acetone i always use probably doesn't help :p

I change my polish at least once a week! If I have a lot of ideas of nail designs to film, it can happen that I do them up to three times a day:) Many don't understand why I would paint them and later the day "destroy" them, but I simply love to paint my nails:)

Omg, my nails are like, never painted, lol. I need a better file, the one i have splits my nails and i won't paint them if they're like that. I probably paint my nails once or twice a month. I don't have a good base or topcoat, which i need. I'm extremely low maintenence when it comes to my nails, haha

On my toes- one to three times a week because I get bored with the color, but polish on my toes doesn't chip like polish on my fingers does

I usually change my nail polish an average of 3 times a week. This is partly down to the fact that no polish seems to last longer than 2 days on my nails before chipping and that I have so many polishes I want to use. Plus I get bored wearing the same colour for too long!
