You could buy little circular nail jewels that match the silver glitter polish and put them at the middle of the base of the pink polish.

Hey Akdg, there are tutorials on youtube but what i do is use tape to create straight lines with black polish. Try google image-ing "chevron nail art" (: Hope i helped
