If you mean the bracket colour, I suggest white because its less harsh, especially for the top teeth. if you mean elastics... anything you like because they only show a little.

You can do any color you want.. they don't slow that much. I wouldn't do white though because it shows stains

I have braces and don't get white! They show stains. Get maybe a pink and my favorite color I've gotten is silver. It's pretty neutral

I always did crazy alternating colors like blue and orange or neon green and purple. Have fun with it!
