Styling/Dressing Up A T-Shirt.

So I bought this shirt while I was at VidCon last week and at the end of August I'm going to the Ultimate Storytime Tour to see Thomas Sanders (who this shirt is for, it's his merchandise).

I really want to wear the shirt but I don't know how I want to style it to dress it up a bit more. I was thinking a black skater skirt with the shirt tucked in but I don't know, I'm second guessing every outfit I put together, lol.

Any styling suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I would also love to hear any makeup ideas you have as well!

I think a skater skirt would like great. but my first thought was a jean skirt. I have a photo as an example. a lighter wash would be really nice too. and I would wear knee high socks with docs, converse or combat boots.

When I'm dressing up a Tshirt I always tuck it into a skater skirt! Then I add a bracelet and my makeup!

Well, I'm gothabilly/metal so it's hard for me to make a suggestion, but I do think Capri in cotton or denim are always a win...including cuffed denim. Grey is very versitile so you would have a lot of Capri or pedal pusher options. No matter what you wear, Tees are all about the accessories to me. I'll post 2 examples. First, capris...her shoes, belt and purse (add sunglasses..add bit of light jewelry) and this is a stylish way to wear a tee mid-summer.
