Juz now I read a very interesting article on the ways to clean nose after rhinoplasty ( http://www.droakleysmithrhinoplasty.com/4-ways-clean-nose-rhinoplasty/ ). I would like to know whether is it okay to clean dried blood inside nose everyday with the help of saline rinse?

I'd just put a few drops while laying down and it will soften the dry blood then you could rinse your nose with the saline.

I had a septoplasty, which is more of a sinus surgery, but the idea is the same. When you're cleaning your nose with a saline rinse it is extremely gentle. For a few weeks after surgery, the blood isn't that dry, and the saline helps bring down the swelling and keep in clean. It is totally ok to use a saline rinse every day, blood or no! For people with allergies, and for when you have a cold, it can really help relieve pressure by cleaning the area out and bringing down swelling.
The most gentle way to do this is using a Neti pot, which is kind of like a mini teapot. You lean forward, tilt your head to one side, and put the spout on your top nostril. Water will flow with gravity down your top nostril and put the bottom one. In the picture, this girl is using a squeeze bottle, which is slightly more forceful. It was recommended that I use a Neti post after surgery because it was gentler, but a squeeze bottle is suitable for everyday use. You can buy either of these items at pretty much any drugstore. It will come with a container and some little packets of saline, so that you get the right proportions. Use lukewarm water. Ideally, do not use tap water, but if you do use tap water let it run hot and then cool to lukewarm to kill any bacteria that might be there.
Hope this helps! I would add, I am concerned that your regularly have dried blood in your nose... Have you checked with your doctor about that?

When I had my rhinoplasty I used the same thing pictured above 3-4 times a day. My ENT encouraged it! He said to wait a couple days (the continuous nose bleed should stop by then) and go to town on keeping it rinsed. Remember not to blow your nose and if you sneeze to try to keep your mouth open and "sneeze out of your mouth." Hope it goes well for you!

Be careful with the angle of your head when you put the water in. I used to clean my nose like that and once I threw my head back to get the solution deep in my nose and somehow some of the water ended up in my ear canal and it was a very unpleasant couple of days. I also got some kind of an emulsion made with oils and some minty aftertaste that kept my "crusts" 🙈 soft. Salt in the solution might dry up your nose inside and that is not very comfortable. Ask your doctor if he know about it. I live in Germany and the brand is German, but it might be common practice among surgeons.
