Graduation Party & Coping LOTD.

Today I'm going to my cousin's graduation party. It's supposed to be a joyous occasion but I'm having a hard time emotionally because my grandpa died the other day so I'm trying to cheer myself up with nice makeup and a cute dress so that I don't take away from her day. Putting on my makeup and wearing some bright and happy colors is actually kind of therapeutic. Constructive criticism always appreciated.

Face:
-IT Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC Cream
-NYX HD Concealer in Light
-Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder
-NYX Wonder Stick in Light/Medium
-Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Matte Bronzer
-Too Faced Love Flush Blush Palette (I Will Always Love You)

Brows:
-IT Cosmetics Brow Power
-Chella Defining Brow Gel

Eyes:
-Lorac Behind The Scenes Eye Primer
-Jeffree Star Beauty Killer Palette (Courtney, Princess, Expensive, China White)
-MAC Fascinating Eye Kohl
-Too Faced Better Than Sex Waterproof Mascara

Lips:
-Lorac Alter Ego Lipstick in Free Spirit

I applied and blended my CC cream with the RT Miracle Complexion Sponge. I applied my concealer under my eyes and blended with the Beauty Blender Micro Mini. I set under my eyes and through the t-zone with the RT Setting Brush. I applied the contour side of the Wonder Stick under my cheekbones and blended with the RT Contour Brush. I applied my bronzer to my cheeks and forehead with the ELF Total Face Brush. I applied my blush to my cheeks with the Danielle Blush Brush.

I lightly filled in my brows with the pencil and set them with the gel.

I applied my eye primer from lash line to brow with my finger. I applied Courtney in and above the crease with the ELF Blending Eye Brush. I applied Princess all over the lid with the RT Base Shadow Brush. I applied Expensive on the outer corner/3rd of the eye with the ELF Eyeshadow Brush and the lower lash line with the blending brush. I applied China White to the inner corner and under the brow with the ELF Defining Eye Brush. I applied my liner to my waterline and applied one coat of mascara to the bottom lashes and two to the top.

I applied my lipstick straight from the tube.

What's your opinion on Real Technique brushes? I've heard so many negative and good reviews. I'm really interested in trying them! I've tried their sponge and loved it!

Llesenia, I actually love the RT brushes! I definitely recommend them (:
