I think that you should either get red, purple, blue, or silver. You should get it on the left side too.

I have a simple diamond stud and love it! But you could pull off really any color. I think a blue would look nice too! The only thing is, I wouldn't go red. I feel it would look like a pimple, especially from farther away. But that's just me.

I personally like gem studs. mine is super tiny and cute and I love it. I've had my nose pierced for 9 years now and never rrally cared for colored gems, but I do have a very faint pink diamond one in and it's cute. If you want color, I agree with red.
I'd get it on your "favorite" side. the side you show more in pictures, your "good side". lol.

I personally don't like having nose piercings or any of my other facial piercings matched with a ball with a gem, or stud with a gem because I've always found that if you wear makeup regularly, or even a few times and it gets on your piercing it discolours around where the gem sits in the bar/ball. That's just my experience with the bars with gems in them though, I always stick to the titanium normal studs because of that.

I'd say definitely a plain silver crystal piercing on your left side, only because in the photo you provided your hair is parted that way...so if you normally wear your hair this way, I would recommend your piercing go on your left to balance it out. you could honestly pull of any colour but silver&crystal is pretty safe.
