Your natural eyebrows suit your face shape. Cheap (but good!) products that I use are the Freedom brow pomade (which is an amazing dupe for the Anastasia dipbrow and has loads of shades) and the NYX brow cake. It depends how old you are but some places do eyebrow waxing and threading (a lot of places don't do it for under 16s though) as this can help you get your eyebrows into shape so you only have to pluck any small hairs that appear).

Since you're a blond just find any light brown eyebrow pencil or powder and fill in the sparse areas and finish it off with a sculpting brow mascara like Brow Drama from Maybelline.

There isn't anything wrong with your natural brows in my opinion, I feel like the easier option for you would just to get them waxed and tinted so you don't have to even stress about filling them in :) your brows are super full, they'll look bomb if you got them shaped and tinted I promise lol :)

Tbh your eyebrows already suit you! If you want them darker, I'd fill them in with some light brown powder (make sure there's no orange tone in it). But honestly, keeping them the way they are would be great too!
