I need a new foundation, contour kit, eyebrow stencils and/or eyebrow brushes and eyebrow makeup, lipgloss, mascara & also I need a really good face cleanser for oily, dry skin.
Do any of you know great products for oily dry skin? (As in foundation, contour kit and face cleanser.) oh and I'm very pale, so please keep that in mind when you talk about foundation and especially contour kit. (Contour kits are hard to find for my pale skin.) how about long lashes? (Mascara) and also, what can I use to get rid of dry peeling skin on lips? Thank you all! :)

So are you oily or are you dry?

I'm really pale too and have combo skin (dry and oily)
I love the Freedom cream contour kit and the Sleek powder contour kit. Both are good cool toned contour kits that are easy to blend, pigmented and hold up well!
I use the L'Or?al infallible matte liquid foundation which I've found to be really good, last a long time (I'd definitely say 8-10 hours) without touch ups. It's demi matte but I'm really oily in places and it's not a problem for me. I use the lightest shade and it's fine on me, could probably do with a darker shade in the summer but it's all good otherwise! Very good coverage, I find it doesn't flake on my dry bits either which is great.
I use the Freedom brown pomade for my brows which is amazing and they have a huge shade range. Easily a dupe for the Anastasia Beverly Hills dipbrow pomade and the Freedom pomade is waterproof, sweatproof and chlorine proof. Little goes a long way, I've had my jar for a year and it's nowhere near the bottom. Doesn't dry up either. Really easy to apply and blend. I use a Royal Connections angled brush and then just a cheap spooley but I've got my eye on the ABH #7 brush.
I've really got back into lip glosses recently, although I do still love my matte lipsticks. I find BarryM and Kiko do really lovely glosses that aren't sticky or thick and last a while, with great colour pigmentation. So cheap too!
I really love Max Factor and No7 mascaras, they do a great range and are really good mascaras that hold up all day and don't flake.
I use the Liz Earle hot cloth cleanser on my face which is absolutely gorgeous, such a luxurious product and it takes off everything, even waterproof mascara and liner and liquid lipsticks. Feels like I've been at a spa everytime I used it! I've used it since I was 12 and it's definitely a Holy Grail product for me.

For your dry lips, do you exfoliate and apply lip Balm? If not, I'd recommend using a lip scrub (Lush do really lovely ones, the Mint Julip one is my favourite) but you can DIY your own with oil and sugar, which works just as well. I'm a bit of a lip Balm addict and I love Palmers cocoa butter and Carmex. Burts Bees also do a lovely lip Balm too
