So I'm buying my friend a graduation gift, I wanna get her several or one makeup item and my limit is $70. I wanna spend at least $50. She has oily skin and a tan complexion if that determines any of your choices! :-)

I would do a nice palette, I've heard the lorac pro palettes are nice. you could probably get a nice eyeshadow palette and a mascara/liner combo for under 70.

Highlights are super popular so the Becca highlighter in opal would be a fabulous gift and a highlighting brush would pair nicely

I just got the lorac unzipped palette and I'm absolutely in love with it! In my opinion it's like the naked 3 but better.
