I have eczema and I went to so many doctors and I have to put so many creams. I asked the doctor about make up and they said after a while I can start using make up but when I get betwe. They said I have to get from a brand that is suitable for very dry and sensitive skin. Does anyone reccomend a certain brand?

Hello :)

Practically most brands have skin care ranges targeting "dry sensitive skin".

Look for the following ingredients in the product:
1. Shea butter, glycerin, and lanolin
2. Hyaluronic acid
3. Niacinamide (Vitamin B3)

Avoid products containing the following:
1. Glycolic acid, salicylic acid, and retinol
2. Preservatives such as parabens
3. Fragrances

Clinique, coverFX, dermablend, Estée Lauder all were made for sensitive skin types and have formulas for dry skin types as well.

MUFE Face and Body works SO well on me. I run very dry and also have Psoriasis so my skin is highly sensitive. It's a water-based, gel formula with light to buildable, natural, slightly dewy coverage. Never clings to dry areas and holds up in heat..even being water resistant. If you want fuller coverage, Custom FX custom drops can be paired well with them. I find skipping powder works best for my own skin..so you may want to spot powder if you have an area that needs it. If you go that route, skip anything with fragrance..even talc-free might be your best option.

A scent free moisturizer is going to be your best primer. I like CeraVe, for example. MAC Strobe Cream has never caused me irritation and so I often use that to prime. If I feel my pores need a bit of help, I keep it t spot treating the area with a pore primer. Your cleanser should be detergent free; Eucerin for Eczema or redness relief or CeraVe are both fantastic and I'd bring in a toner for Eczema or dry skin, such as Paula's Choice Recovery Toner. I'm never without it.
I'd also skip drying, high alcohol setting sprays, scented products, citrus oils or lavender. Even witch hazel in high doses can be issue for some skin. Aquaphor is also excellent for bedtime if you have lid dryness, around the nose or beneath the eyes. CeraVe PM is another favorite for light moisture and can be used during the day beneath make-up. Hope that helps.
