I agree with Hannah, its perfect for face.
For a body scrub I like using coffee grounds, a couple packets of green tea, and whatever oil I have on hand.

Oh I love rice and honey scrub! by rice I mean rice put in food chopper to turn them into tiny granules not powder. and then making a paste with honey..the rice granules stay in fridge for a longggg time so storage is not a problem..just scoop a spoon out mix it with honey and a little water and use it! you will have baby soft skin afterwards!! and its super easy.

I use it on face too at times and it works okay for me...makes my skin super soft BUT its a little harsh so don't use it on face if you have sensitive skin or have acne.

Sugar, honey, and petroleum for a lip scrub, Sugar honey warmed coconut oil for leg scrub/mask omit the sugar if using for a after shave mask and let sit for 5 minutes after shaving don't use too much honey use way more oil than honey

To make your skin smooth and radiant you need to regularly exfoliate with a body scrub. Almond & Honey body scrubs are most effective. I hardly use any scrub, but I read about various scrub and its benefits from https://www.cellublue.com/fr/ . You can here check about Liftblue and its advantages. I am sure that you will find it useful.
