Hi girls! Does anyone of you shape eyebrows with a razor? I tried it because I was in a hurry for an appointment and my brows were a mess and I had nothing else in that moment so I shaped them with a normal razor and I'm surprised how good they turned out and how easy and quick it was. I have very thick brows naturally and I'm obsessed witj brow shapes. I change it often and I spend a lot and I always have to guide the esthetician step by step so she does them how I want them.
I would like to keep shaping them myself with a razor now but I'm afraid that the parts where I shave them will darken, or look bad, or will the hair grow badly?
What do you think?
Also which razor should be better? I can't buy the Tinkle brow razor in my country. :(
Please give me somw feedback.

This is how I shaped my brows with the razor. I can't believe how easy it is!

You did a wonderful job! It is a bit easier to shave eyebrows with a razor. I used baby lotion or something gentle (kind of like shaving cream) so its a smooth shave and apply alcohol afterwards. Again, nice job! :)

I use eyebrow razors to clean up in between and the tops of my brows and I get a pack of 3 of them at Target. I'm sure any drugstore carries them as well. The hair won't grow back thicker or darker, that's just a myth. I've been using an eyebrow razor for years and the hairs I shave now look the same as the hairs before I shaved them (:

Review thank you! So you say if I keep doing it, it won't darken the skin in those shaved areas? And how does the hair grow after it? Do you use a certain type of razor?
I would really appreciate your answer.

Hi Klaudia. I have used razors like this but I would recommend being careful because they are sharp and I would recommend taking your time. They cut great and as previously stated, I recommend lotion or a cream to help shave it. To be honest, I do not shave mine as often but I have not experienced any darker skin. It should grow back fine, not thicker or darker. I hope this helps. I am here to help. ;)

The hair does not come in thicker or darker, however it can give that effect. When you use a razor you are leaving a blunt edge as opposed to pulling out by the root, it does look different when it grows in than it would if you waxed, tweezed, used eyebrow threading. I personally wouldn't recommend that you only use this method, I'd definitely incorporate at least tweezing in combination.
